GRIEOM is one of the leading enterprises in the research and development and production of Germanium and compound semiconductor materials in China. Its predecessor can trace back to the Germanium research office of GRINM in 1956. Over the last 60 years, with support from GRINM, GRIEOM has produced China’s first metal Germanium and other infrared optical materials including large diameter optical grade Germanium monocrystal, HB-GaAs,GaPmonocrystal, Low dislocation Germanium monocrystal, VGF-GaAs monocrystal. The production line of HB-GaAs monocrystal boasts an annual production capacity of 600,000 pieces, whichis one of the main suppliers of GaAs substrate for infrared LED in the world. The optical processing production line can produce the polished and coated windows of Germanium monocrystal, silicon monocrystal and other infrared optical materials. The company’s products are widely used for infrared thermal imaging, LED display and sensing, solar photovoltaic, laser processing and other fields.
