ElFys is a pioneer in the design and manufacture of high-performance photodetectors, specializing in proprietary Black Silicon Induced Junction technology. This breakthrough allows our photodiodes to achieve a wide-spectrum response from ultraviolet (UV) to near-infrared (NIR), with the Black Silicon Induced Junction Photodiode being especially sensitive in the UV range, where it yields over 100% external quantum efficiency.Our detectors offer up to 50% higher sensitivity than traditional technologies, combined with low dark current, ultra-wide sensing angles (up to 60°), and fast response times.
